International Workcamp IPYL 067 " Palestine Where the History Started "

The Black Revolution Group participates voluntarily at the IPYL international workcamps inside palestine,  invite multi internationals volunteers to palestine, doing a voluntary work in the palestinian lands,
and this time it was at Battir village beside Bethlehem city, which is a village divided as its a "C" area related to 1967 agreements, its a village full of natural springs, agricultural lands and the most important the historical sites, as its an old village there is still a water tunnels goes back to the roman ages starts from the spring moving down the valley ending with agricultural lands,

As the workcamp was a about the history of palestine, we choose an old renovated building to stay at, it has more than 500 years old, and we were lucky to be the 1st group using it after the renovation, it has a magnificent site and view .

The Program was having two parts , the physical work at the morning and the cultural evening after the lunch,
the physical part was working at the historical sites, renovated them specially the water tunnels that goes back to the roman decades, then the cultural part that involves a lecture about palestine, History of palestine or a documentary movie,,,,,etc

nothing compares having a cup of tea after that with the most generous neighbors ever

Thanks to all who help making this work camp successful, thanks to all of you who came from a really  far places to make voluntary work in my country, to know more about it, to support our dream, to have a palestine free, i am thanking all of you from the bottom of my heart <3
